PSC FAMILY CAREGIVER Course

The PSC Family Caregiver Course is tailored for family members and individuals who are stepping into the role of caregiving for loved ones. This comprehensive program provides essential knowledge and practical skills, covering state-required training, dementia care, ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), emergency procedures, fall prevention, and coping strategies.

This course is designed to empower family caregivers with the tools they need to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care at home, while also focusing on caregiver well-being to prevent burnout. It includes the 5 hours of state-required caregiver training for compliance and preparation.


Objectives

Upon completing this program, students will:

Whether you're transitioning from caring for a loved one or starting fresh in the field, this course will equip you with the expertise and confidence needed to become a professional caregiver.
